Stewardship
Stewardship means different things to different
people. Many Christians associate stewardship
with church giving campaigns. Unfortunately, few
Christians understand the full biblical picture of
stewardship. Still fewer know how to be effective
stewards of what God has given us.
From Sunday April 19 through Sunday May 17 we are looking at
stewardship from five different perspectives: talents (our work in the
world), environment being responsible for the earth), fellowman
(caring for each other), institutions (the church and family), and money
(responsible money managing).
Following the message time each week there are a few moments
devoted for instant feedback; and then on Friday evenings from 6-7 an
opportunity to openly discuss the subject with each other.
As God's people we all want to be responsible stewards. To do that
we need to help one another grow from where we are to where we can
be our best. See you in Church.
